Strategic Employment for Today’s Claims
1 Law Credit Hour
Educational Objective: This course informs the student of the past and current state of the law regarding permanent total disability cases, how to spot a potential permanent total disability claims in the early stages of the claim, and how to use reemployment strategies within in the PTD statutory requirements. Additionally, this course provides the student with the knowledge and tools necessary to prove the employability of potentially frivolous or fraudulent injured worker claims, and how to present the proper defense through documented reemployment data.
