Job Placement Services
ReEmployAbility has an extensive database of employers who hire disabled workers. We are experienced in researching and matching the vocational recommendations provided by the Certified Rehabilitation Professional to accommodate every aspect of an injured worker’s physical limitations.
We schedule actual interviews with hiring employers and follow up for attendance and results. The job assistance results are documented and communicated to all pertinent parties. Our job placement services may also coordinate and monitor O-J-T opportunities, security guard license training, CDL license requirements, ESL, GED enrollment and resume preparation, if required, for successful placement in the workforce. |
