Job Analysis and Onsite Modified Duty Evaluations
We work closely with the employer to identify all viable options to return the injured worker to his or her pre-injury workplace. An ergonomic analysis of the workplace can help determine appropriate modifications or adaptive aids that will enable the injured worker to return to work.
Our Certified Rehabilitation Professionals conduct onsite evaluations to document modified positions offered by an employer or perform an ergonomic review of any employment being modified. A Job Analysis may also involve reviewing the employer’s work sites to recommend and identify potential positions to meet the employee’s limitations. You may choose to videotape the job functions in addition to a written report which is presented to the doctor for review. |
