Re-Employment Assessments & Vocational Evaluations
                                            
The assessment is conducted by a Certified Rehabilitation Professional who conducts a thorough review of all medical information regarding the employee’s physical limitations.  A comprehensive report provides the adjuster with cost-effective recommendations for job placement, job modification with the pre-injury employer or other vocational options.

Working one on one with the injured worker and their legal representative, we develop a realistic employment strategy to return the worker to gainful employment.

Each assessment incorporates return to work potential with the employer and documents all medical restrictions to provide the most comprehensive information impacting vocational options.

Vocational Evaluations

When appropriate to the client’s needs, we will arrange for vocational testing and evaluation of an injured worker’s ability to return to suitable gainful employment.  ReEmployAbility has a panel of certified Vocational Evaluators nationwide to perform vocational testing and evaluation.
