Transitional Employment Programs
Employers and carriers can significantly reduce workers’ compensation costs by returning the injured worker to the workforce as soon as they are released to modified or light duty.
ReEmployAbility has developed a Transitional Return to Work Employment Program with a national network of not-for-profit organizations that are able to provide suitable temporary employment for injured workers. The program enables the injured worker an opportunity to become reacquainted with the work experience following a period of disability, while earning income.
We monitor all programs to ensure safety, onsite supervision and effective protocols are in place for oversight and management throughout the placement period.
