Company Founder, Frances Ford is well known for her public speaking on workers' compensation topics and has been a frequent speaker at the annual Florida Workers' Compensation Institute Conferences. She continues to educate the adjusting community through in-house workers compensation classes, at seminars and conferences on behalf of the Association of Workers’ Compensation Claim Professionals (WCCP) and is a certified instructor of the WCCP Workers' Compensation Board Certification program. This program is specifically designed to offer an advanced level of professional education and certification in the management of one of America's most complex social compensation systems.
