Every month ReEmployAbility recognizes a team member who goes above and beyond to “CARE” for our customers. Rea the CARE Bear travels from winner to winner and is a prestigious award in the ReEmployAbility office.
This month’s Rea CARE Bear Award goes to a team member devoted to our mission, Nikki Whitehead!
Over the past month, Nikki has consistently demonstrated a true passion for creating the ultimate Transition2Work customer service experience for our clients and not-for-profit partners as well as fellow team members. She has always been extremely flexible, jumping in at a moment’s notice and quickly adapting to whatever roles or duties she has been asked to fill. The month of December was no exception. The entire team at ReEmployAbility was able to count on her to share her knowledge and assist with not-for-profit partnerships, placements, customer service requests, training assistance and many other daily tasks that arose.
No matter how busy she is, Nikki keeps the office atmosphere fun by hosting weekly team-building exercises each Friday. Dancing in the lobby, singing karaoke, or just getting together for 10 minutes to share our best ‘dad joke’ helps everyone re-energize at the end of the week – and is always a great time!
“Nikki is always ready to jump in and help leadership and her team members with whatever they need,” said COO Becka Dearth. “Her attitude and drive to make every customer happy truly embodies our mission and values.”
Nikki has been with ReEmployAbility for four and a half years and has several roles during her time with us. Currently, she is the Not-for-Profit Relationship Manager, a position that she excels at.
We look forward to seeing how far her drive and passion will lead us in the New Year!
Rea the Care Bear is awarded by our Client Services Managers once a month to an employee who consistently provides exemplary customer service and continually goes above-and-beyond to meet our customers’ needs.
To us, our customers include all the people we serve: injured workers, claims professionals, not-for-profit partners, and our fellow employees. We believe every day and every interaction is a chance to “Make Their Day!”
