Nancy Kelly

Nurse Case Manager & OSHA, Averrit Express

Nancy Kelly is a registered nurse licensed by the Tennessee State Board since 1983. She holds the titles of Certified Case Manager (COHN-S/CM) and Certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist (COHN-S). She currently works as a Medical Manager at Averitt Express, where she assists in managing the company’s self-insured and self-administered benefits programs related to workers’ compensation, short-term disability, family and medical leave, veterans affairs, bodily injury claims, and OSHA reporting and recordkeeping. 

Dawn Abbondanza

Associate Director, Workers’ Comp Program, Chewy

With over 30 years in the risk and workers’ compensation field, Dawn came to Chewy four years ago to develop the current Workers’ Compensation program including their onsite first aid and conservative care programs. Chewy’s partnership with ReEmployAbility has assisted in the reduction of OSHA recordable lost-time incidents as well as assisting their team members with continued engagement during their recovery process.
