Every month, ReEmployAbility recognizes a team member who goes above and beyond to “CARE” for our customers. Rea the CARE Bear travels from winner to winner and is a prestigious award in the ReEmployAbility office.

This month’s Rea CARE Bear Award goes to a team member who is committed to our fellow employees and customers, Danielle Bailey!

Danielle is a Placement Coordinator in our Operations Department. Always enthusiastic, she’s committed to working with our customers to get injured workers an appropriate placement for their capabilities. She works passionately to accommodate our customers’ needs, and that carries through to working diligently for her coworkers. We can always count on Danielle sharing her knowledge about Transition2Work, and her willingness to step in and assist when needed no matter how busy she is.

Recently, Danielle was asked to step in as temporary Team Lead of the Yellow Team while their leader was out on vacation. Not surprising, Danielle “rocked” the role, going above and beyond to ensure her fellow team members, colleagues and our customers had the support and assistance they needed.

“Danielle’s assistance was invaluable this past month,” said Operations Manager, Nikki Whitehead. “She was able to not only provide the exemplary service we’re known for among our customers, but she also found the time to cheerfully assist the group she was overseeing as well as work with our group in training. She has been the true definition of ‘grace under pressure’ with the duties she took on.”

Working closely with both longtime and some of our newest employees, Danielle’s commitment to be a true team player in the ReEmployAbility family makes her a perfect selection for this month’s award.

Danielle joined the ReEmployAbility team in 2016, and has been stepping up wherever she is needed since then.

Congratulations Danielle!
