Why We Think They’re Great: Tazewell Animal Protective Society (TAPS) is a No-Kill Animal Shelter that is passionate about proving a safe and loving environment for homeless pets. TAPS is active in the community, organizing annual dog walks and pancake breakfasts to raise funds, and attending local holiday parades with their adoptable pets. They post helpful “Summer Reminders,” and “Owner Tips,” on their website where they also list instructions to follow when a stray is found.
