Arielle Theodore, Senior CRM Analyst, gave a member showcase presentation to the Florida Regional Chapter Dynamics 365 User Group on November 14, 2019 to demonstrate how ReEmployAbility used Dynamics 365 to create the new time tracking solution for Transition2Work, REALtime.

In 2017, ReEmployAbility’s IT Department completed a company-wide upgrade and migration from Microsoft CRM on premise to Dynamics 365 Online, as the beginning of a series of initiatives to streamline the company’s processes. To complete their vision for complete integration, they began working on a proprietary time tracking service that would be easy for our participants to use and for employers to quickly pull time records from for payroll.

ReEmployAbility coordinates thousands of not-for-profit assignments for injured workers across the country every year through its Transition2Work program. It is important to each and every participant we serve that paychecks are received on time and calculated correctly to help minimize the impact their injury has in disrupting their lives.

“From an injured worker perspective, the REALtime interface is much more intuitive and easier to use than what we’ve used in the past,” said Arielle. “The system walks them through the entire process step-by-step and we collect feedback from them with their time punches, which means we can carefully monitor the quality of their experience with the nonprofit and with the time tracking system itself.”

Since ReEmployAbility is fully integrated with Dynamics 365, employers can log into their client portal and immediately see their employees’ time punches in ‘real time,’ for which the software is named. Arielle presented this innovative solution to companies in Tampa, Jacksonville, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Orlando.
