Join ReEmployAbility Thursday, January 28th, 2021 at 3:30 p.m. EST for “Return to Work by Volunteering from Home: From COVID and Beyond.”

In this webinar, ReEmployAbility will sit down with Alison Tidbit from the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) to discuss how a light duty assignment from home can be safe and have accountability.

The group will review the benefits of a return-to-work from home program for employers, injured workers, and the nonprofit partners that provide light duty work. They will discuss ReEmployAbility’s unique approach to return-to-work from home due to current business trends from the impact of COVID-19.

The webinar will also discuss:

  • What nonprofits need to start a volunteer from home program and how a nonprofit of any size can take advantage
  • Tools and systems ReEmployAbility utilizes to provide accountability and ensure a full day’s work to injured workers
  • Why an employer might want to utilize this program even after COVID restrictions are relaxed
  • Questions Employers should ask when being introduced to a program such as this

“2020 forced many businesses to adapt to a growing need for employees to work from home,” said National Sales Manager Todd Loomis. “This webinar will review how return-to-work fits into a work from home model with safety and accountability.”

The ReEmployAbility team looks forward to continuing meeting virtually and has several webinars planned throughout the rest of the year. Connect with them on social media to stay updated.
