For the past 27 years, The SPCA of Tampa Bay has hosted a pet walk in an effort to raise funds for local shelters. This year, ReEmployAbility was a proud sponsor of the event, which took place on Saturday, October 7 at Vinoy Park.
Not only did we sponsor the event, but ReEmployAbility Co-Founder Frances Ford and team members Brenda Lovely, Char Brown, Nikki Whitehead, and Kacey Merryman participated in the walk.
This year’s walk raised money for adoption services and to help rebuild resources lost during Hurricane Irma. During the storm, they took in an additional 80 animals.
