Since we opened our doors in 2003 with a staff of just four, it has always been important to our CEO and Co-Founder, Debra Livingston, that employees feel valued and treated as part of a team. We are proud to announce that ReEmployAbility has been named as one of Tampa Bay’s top places to work in 2018! We debuted at #27 out of 50 in the small business category.

For some companies who have experienced the tremendous growth in staff over the years that we have, keeping that “we are a team” mentality could prove to be challenging. However, our leadership team remains dedicated to keeping our culture of inclusion and empowerment intact, no matter how large our company may grow.

“Employee satisfaction is an essential element to any successful business,” Debra said. “Knowing that our employees are happy and feel good about coming to work and enjoy what they do, exudes in every task they complete and every interaction they have.”

This is a great honor, because the winners were chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous survey that measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection. We appreciate our team and are grateful that they consider ReEmployAbility a great place to work.
