This position will focus on injured worker participation during their light duty assignment with our nonprofit partners. They are responsible for; confirming participation, explaining responsibilities during the assignment to injured workers
and nonprofit partners, following up on continued participation, resolving time tracking concerns, and updating nonprofit accounts as needed.
The Non-Profit Coordinator acts as the liaison between our Placement Coordinators and our invaluable nonprofit partners. The Non-Profit Coordinator is responsible for matching injured workers with appropriate light duty job tasks available
at the nonprofit organization, and offering exceptional customer service to our nonprofit partners, and injured worker participants.
This position involves preparing, editing, and sending complex and sensitive documents to program partners and participants. As well as receiving, reviewing, and processing referrals from clients for new program participants.
