About ReEmployAbility
Trust the Return to Work Experts
With over two decades of creating innovative solutions for the workers’ compensation industry, ReEmployAbility is the nation’s largest provider of early return-to-work services and transitional employment programs.
ReEmployAbility, Inc. was founded in 2003 based on a shared passion for helping injured workers return to work and a vision to transform the way employers and insurance carriers approach return to work programs. Our founder’s multi-faceted workers’ compensation industry experience allows us to take a unique approach to solving return to work challenges. From our corporate headquarters in Tampa, Florida, and through a strong national network of Account Executives, strategic partners, and nonprofit organizations, we serve Fortune 500 employers, the nation’s largest insurance carriers and third-party claims administrators, brokers, and self-insured employers. We offer return-to-work services that help employers and insurance carriers control the cost of workers’ compensation and disability claims, while positively influencing the lives of injured workers.
Our proprietary return to work program, Transition2Work, offers employers a cost-effective solution to modified light duty assignments, and reduces workers’ compensation and non-occupational disability claim costs while giving the injured worker time to heal and benefiting the community. ReEmployAbility provides simple, fast, safe return to work solutions to help control the rising costs of workers’ compensation and non-occupational disability while positively influencing the lives of injured workers.
We Believe in the Value of Return to work
We believe in the value of Return to Work, as the single most important factor that will drive success in a workers’ compensation program. Quick return to work is a ‘win-win’ for all parties on the claim that provides benefits far beyond cost savings. Transitioning injured workers back to work quickly is the right thing to do, and to be effective in this pursuit we focus on the employees’ capabilities and find creative approaches to modified duty.
