Community Impact
Committed to Community
We were founded on the belief that giving back helps ourselves as well as our community. We are so proud of the help our service provides to nonprofits around the country while our Transition2Work participants heal. The stories of volunteerism we hear every day inspire us to do more in our own community.
From drives for clothing, food, and toys, to monthly meet ups at local nonprofits doing good in our backyard, ReEmployAbility is committed to serving however we can, because we know volunteering is beneficial to all!

Our Team Continues the Volunteering Spirit
Our team continues our spirit of volunteering by contributing to causes important to them in their communities. ReEmployAbility offers several paid volunteerism opportunities each year for every team member to volunteer at a nonprofit they would like to support.
In turn, we get to learn about the many great nonprofits in our community!
Hear What the Team Says About Volunteering
The camaraderie at the latest ReStore location, as we prepared for its upcoming soft opening, was filled with determination, motivation, and inspiration. I feel privileged to have been a part of this experience and to collaborate with such an exceptional group of individuals.
American Cancer Society
Following my cancer diagnosis and remission, I dedicated myself to advocating for individuals and their caretakers facing cancer. I have been so blessed to be a part of a compassionate company that prioritizes community service and to have found such supportive coworkers. Thank you to ReEmployAbility and my co-workers for supporting the mission of the American Cancer Society.
I was truly honored to run the Brandon 5K. Knowing that the proceeds from the race were going to the Muscular Dystrophy Association was all the motivation I needed to brave the rain! ReEmployAbility is proud to support MDA with Transition2Work volunteers and happy to do our part to raise awareness and funds for neuromuscular disease.

Our Purpose
Connecting people to a greater purpose so they can have a better life.
Our Vision
Anyone who is capable of something, can make an impact in the community where they live.
What We Do
We lead in specialty Return-to-Work and transitional employment programs for the workers’ compensation and disability industry. We make strides toward our vision every day by providing innovative services that positively impact workers’ compensation and non-occupational disability claim outcomes for employers, insurance carriers, injured workers, and communities. Our philosophy is based on a strong belief in creating ‘win-win-win’ outcomes – combining benefits for companies, employees, and communities across the United States for real, positive impact.
