Every month, ReEmployAbility recognizes a team member who goes above and beyond to “CARE” for our customers. Rea the CARE Bear travels from winner to winner and is a prestigious award in the ReEmployAbility office.

This month’s Rea CARE Bear Award goes to a team member who always works to assist our clients with special requests: Canecia Lowery!

Canecia, or Cece as she is known around the office, is a Placement Coordinator who helps find injured workers appropriate not-for-profit assignments so they can return to work safely.

Cece does an excellent job communicating with our clients and always handles every call with grace, patience, and respect. She is very knowledgeable in the Transition2Work program and is able to provide to solutions to any clients’ needs.

“Cece can always be relied upon to go the extra mile for our clients,” said Team Lead Kacey Merryman. “Her expertise with the program allows her to quickly adapt to our client’s needs and her can-do attitude assures them she is doing everything possible to accommodate them.”

Our Client Services Managers work closely with our Placement Coordinators to ensure our clients and customers have everything they need for a successful assignment. Our clients often ask for Cece by name because of her quick communication and active listening skills, she is an excellent selection for this month’s award.

Cece joined the ReEmployAbility team in September of last year.

Congratulations Cece!
