After a decade of hard work, service, and dedication, ReEmployAbility, Inc. would like to congratulate Katie Loadwick on her 10th Anniversary with the company. As an important member of the Sales Department, Ms. Loadwick provides high level support to the many accounts within our South Region; representing the nine southeastern states, east of Oklahoma and south of Kentucky.
Her attention to detail, and enthusiastic work behavior has brought great comradery among the ReEmployAbility community. ReEmployAbility Owner and CEO, Debra Livingston said,” It has been a pleasure to watch Katie grow over the past 10 years. She has been receptive to new ideas and has been adaptable to all of the changes that have come along with a growing business. We can all take inspiration from her hard work, dedication, and courage to create a path for herself here at ReEmployAbility. Katie embraces the spirit of who we are as a company, demonstrates our values, and has taken on every challenge in her own unique way.”
We sat down with Katie to learn more about her, and her experiences at ReEmployAbility:
From the start of your career, up to this point, what has been your biggest professional accomplishment and why?
Becoming part of the sales team! I love sales and it is a tremendous opportunity for me to grow professionally while helping people.
What short term goals do you have or hope to achieve within the company, in 2022?
In 2022 I’m focusing on developing professionally as an Account Manager. I’m reading 3 books right now, 2 of them recommended reads by our National Sales Manager, and I’m working on becoming a better storyteller (aka Scott Mann’s Rooftop Leadership Purposeful Storytelling course.) I’m also growing client relations in the southeast, my newly assigned territory and I am highly active in helping us meet our company wide goals.
What makes you proud to work at ReEmployAbility, Inc?
The People, our Purpose, and Mission! I think the Sales Team is the absolute best! These are folks who genuinely care and are phenomenal at their jobs. Everyone is helpful and supportive and I’m proud to work with such knowledgeable, kind professionals.
What has been your favorite project at ReEmployAbility?
I’ve really enjoyed participating in Scott Mann’s Rooftop Leadership/Purposeful Storytelling 101 course with the rest of the Sales team. Previously, as Quality Administrator, I enjoyed collaborating with our COO, Becka Dearth, on projects to help to build and establish our Quality Department.
After so many years, what made you stay with the company?
I wake up every morning knowing we are making a difference in peoples’ lives and helping others, oftentimes in unexpected ways. ReEmployAbility is always evolving and staying ahead of the game.
