“Up in the sky, look: It’s a bird. It’s a plane. It’s… Mary!” Arguably faster than a speeding bullet, and certainly as powerful as any locomotive, our Account Executive, Mary Bennett, is a force to be reckoned with. When you meet Mary, one thing is apparent – she means business. One part ninja warrior, two parts energizer bunny, she does not quit. Mary can kick butt, take names, and at the same time win over the room with her endearing personality. Truly one-of-a-kind, Mary has what we like to call the ‘it factor’ — those elusive qualities such as charisma, energy, drive, and work ethic that help her get the job done in ways that leave us all in disbelief. Speaking of disbelief, we can’t believe that today we have the good fortune of celebrating her ten year anniversary with ReEmployAbility! And, bythe way, true to form, Mary is the first of our team to reach this milestone!

Tall buildings? Not a problem for Mary, she’s moved mountains for us. Mary joined our team in 2005, a time when we needed someone to step in and lead our sales efforts. It’s hard to believe all these many years later that Mary came to us as a part-time administrative assistant. Since becoming part of our team she has single-handedly developed our vocational services business in the States of Florida and Georgia. She gave us a face and helped to create the image of our company. She’s consistently been a star performer. We empowered her knowing she had “what it took” to drive our business forward and she surpassed our every expectation.

Mary defines what it means to be a team player by going above and beyond to help. We’re convinced she does not sleep (sleep is for mere mortals you know). If you ask Mary, you’ll never hear the word, “no” – she’ll gladly go out of her way to help. And she does it out of kindness, because she wants to, with no expectation of return.

No challenge is too big and no task is too small. Always out front, never more than a phone call away, forever multi-tasking, the first to respond…she always leads the charge and she makes it look easy. She does things that seem impossible. And somehow she finds time to be a devoted partner to her husband, fanatical supporter to her four children, a tireless volunteer, and a star member of our team.

She is more than an employee to us, she is family; someone others aspire to be – kind, compassionate, caring, hardworking and, driven – driven by her faith, driven for her family, and driven for others. That drive is what has created her success – and, in turn, our success.

Our very own marketing superhero… she’s Mary. It’s not every day you find someone like her, and it’s a good thing she’s on our side! She has powers and a cape and we truly would not be where we are today without her unwavering commitment to our company.

Mary, the entire ReEmployAbility team could not thank you enough for everything you have done in the past 10 years.
