Every month ReEmployAbility recognizes a team member who goes above and beyond to “CARE” for our customers. Rea the CARE Bear travels from winner to winner and is a prestigious award in the ReEmployAbility office.
This month’s Rea CARE Bear Award goes to a team member whose attention to detail makes her a trusted and relied upon member of the Sales and Client Services Department, Crystal Dixon!
Crystal supports the Client Services Managers and Account Executives by assisting them with client reports and managing requests for specific information. Her passion for excellence and outstanding customer service can be seen on a daily basis; Crystal is always willing to pitch in and help with any task with a smile.
Crystal’s positive and energetic attitude make her a natural cheerleader around the office, and her timely response to our clients makes her an instrumental part of our team.
Crystal is also our resident office party planner and her enthusiasm and willingness to put together our great company events is always appreciated by the entire staff. She recently put together our company picnic, which was an amazing time with plenty of food, games, and friends.
