ReEmployAbility, the nation’s largest provider of specialty return-to-work services, announces the continuation of its partnership with WorkCompCollege.com for 2026. Now entering its third year, the collaboration continues to advance industry-wide education, professional development, and whole-person recovery practices across the workers’ compensation sector.
Building on a Strong Foundation of Learning and Advocacy
Throughout 2025, the partnership delivered high impact initiatives—including quarterly webinars, scholarship opportunities, and widely accessed educational content—that expanded learning opportunities for claims professionals, employers, and industry partners.
As a Silver Associate partner, ReEmployAbility contributed to a strong lineup of educational resources designed to elevate workers’ compensation professionals. This included continued development of The Voice of the Injured Worker and Direct from Deb, two key publications featured within the WorkCompCollege.com Outreach Center.
The Voice of the Injured Worker spotlights the real stories, challenges, and triumphs of injured workers, helping claims professionals better understand the human impact behind each claim. Direct from Deb, authored by ReEmployAbility CEO and Founder, Debra Livingston, offers leadership guidance grounded in people-first practices, communication, and organizational culture.
Both publications remained among the platform’s most-accessed resources in 2025, underscoring the industry’s ongoing need for practical, human-centered education.
Expanding Certification Access and Professional Development in 2026
Over the past year, ReEmployAbility sponsored scholarship opportunities supporting employees and industry partners in completing the Workers’ Recovery Professional Associate (WRPA) Certification. As part of the renewed partnership, the company will expand these scholarship offerings in 2026, increasing access to training that supports career advancement within the workers’ compensation field.
Debra Livingston will also continue serving as an instructor within the WRPA program, sharing decades of expertise in return-to-work innovation, employer engagement, and compassionate claims handling.
ReEmployAbility and WorkCompCollege.com will again co-host quarterly educational webinars throughout the year, delivering actionable insights on emerging trends, leadership development, and whole-person recovery strategies. These sessions will engage a broad cross-section of industry professionals and reinforce the organizations’ shared commitment to improving outcomes for injured workers.
