Debra Livingston, CEO and founder of ReEmployAbility, has been named a 2026 Tampa Bay Titan 100, an honor recognizing 100 of the region’s most accomplished CEOs and C-level executives for their leadership, vision, and impact.
The Titan 100 program recognizes leaders who are setting the standard for excellence within their organizations, industries, and communities. Selected from among hundreds of executives, only 100 CEOs and C-level leaders are honored in each market. Tampa Bay Titan 100 honorees join a national community of more than 3,000 business leaders whose organizations collectively generate more than $664 billion in annual revenue and lead more than 1.6 million employees across the United States.
More than an award, Titan 100 brings together visionary leaders committed to growth, accountability, and lasting impact. Honorees are recognized not only for business achievement, but for their ability to influence their industries, strengthen their organizations, and elevate the communities they serve.
Livingston was selected for her leadership in building ReEmployAbility into the nation’s largest provider of early return-to-work services and for helping transform how the workers’ compensation industry approaches recovery. Through ReEmployAbility’s proprietary Transition2Work® program, injured workers are connected with meaningful nonprofit work opportunities when employers cannot accommodate temporary restrictions in-house, helping individuals remain engaged, connected to purpose, and active in their communities while they recover.
Since founding ReEmployAbility in 2003, Livingston has grown the company into a nationally recognized organization serving employers, insurers, injured workers, and nonprofit partners across the country. Under her leadership, ReEmployAbility has built a network of more than 52,000 nonprofit partners and facilitated more than 23 million hours of service, creating measurable impact for injured workers, employers, and communities nationwide.
Livingston was recognized not only for building a high-performing organization, but also for helping shape industry best practices through the nonprofit-based transitional employment model she pioneered. Her leadership has influenced how return-to-work programs support both recovery outcomes and community impact.
“What makes this recognition especially meaningful is the caliber of leaders who are part of the Titan community,” said Debra Livingston, CEO and founder of ReEmployAbility. “Leadership is not about individual achievement alone. It is about creating opportunities for others to succeed, building organizations that make a difference, and continuing to learn and grow. I am honored to be recognized alongside so many leaders who are making an impact throughout the Tampa Bay community.”
The 2026 Tampa Bay Titan 100 honorees will be formally recognized during the organization’s annual awards program and will join an influential network of executives committed to elevating the impact, responsibility, and legacy of leadership.
