ReEmployAbility is proud to announce that CEO and founder Debra Livingston will speak on two educational panels at the 2025 Workers’ Compensation Institute (WCI) Educational Conference, held August 17–20 at the Orlando World Center Marriott. The company is also honored to be a sponsor of both the WCI Conference and the annual Give Kids the World Gala.

As a recognized leader in the return-to-work space, Livingston will share insights alongside other industry experts in the following sessions:

  • “Our Injured Workers Are Humans Too!”
    Monday, August 18, 2025 | 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
A conversation focused on the human side of workplace injuries—emphasizing empathy, communication, and meaningful support to improve outcomes for injured employees.
  • “The 3 D’s (Deconditioned, Disengaged, and Disinformation) and Their Impact on RTW Success”
    Tuesday, August 19, 2025 | 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
This session will explore the physical, emotional, and informational barriers that can derail return-to-work success—and what stakeholders can do to overcome them.

“These sessions reflect the heart of what we do at ReEmployAbility—putting the injured worker at the center of the recovery process,” said Livingston. “It’s an honor to be a part of these important conversations.”

Giving Back at WCI:

ReEmployAbility is a proud sponsor of the Give Kids the World Gala, held during the WCI Conference. The gala supports Give Kids the World Village, an 89-acre nonprofit resort in Kissimmee, Florida, that provides cost-free, week-long vacations to critically ill children and their families. Since 1986, the Village has welcomed more than 193,000 families from all 50 states and 77 countries, made possible by community support and thousands of dedicated volunteers.

“Sponsoring the gala is a natural extension of our company’s values,” said Livingston. “We believe in creating opportunities and restoring hope, whether it’s for injured workers or children and families facing critical illness.”
