ReEmployAbility, a national leader in transitional employment and return-to-work solutions, today announced the relocation of its corporate headquarters to a new office campus in Tampa, Florida, marking an important milestone in the company’s continued growth and long-term investment in its people.
The new headquarters, located at 10210 Highland Manor Drive, Suite 275 Tampa FL 33610, brings approximately 80 employees together in a thoughtfully designed workspace created to foster collaboration, innovation, and connection across teams.
Situated on an 88-acre campus, the new location offers employees access to walking paths shaded by mature oak trees, an onsite grille and wellness center, and dedicated training and conference facilities. ReEmployAbility’s office suite was customized to support the needs of a growing organization while creating an environment where employees can do their best work together.
“Growth creates opportunities, but it also creates new responsibilities,” said Debra Livingston, CEO of ReEmployAbility. “As we’ve grown over the years, we’ve remained focused on building a company where people can do meaningful work, contribute their ideas, and continue developing both personally and professionally. This new headquarters gives us the space to collaborate more effectively and prepare for what’s next, while staying grounded in the mission that brought us here in the first place.”
The move reflects ReEmployAbility’s ongoing evolution as a national organization serving employers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and injured workers across the country. While the address has changed, the company’s commitment to helping injured employees return to meaningful work during recovery remains unchanged.
“For me, this move isn’t really about a building,” Livingston added. “It’s about the people who fill it. Our culture has never been defined by four walls. It’s been built by the employees, clients, partners, and nonprofit organizations who believe in what we’re trying to accomplish together. The new space simply gives us an even stronger foundation for the future.”
The relocation also supports the company’s long-term growth strategy, providing additional capacity for future expansion while enhancing the employee experience through a modern, collaborative workplace.
Clients, referral partners, and vendors are encouraged to update their records with ReEmployAbility’s new mailing address. All existing phone numbers, email addresses, and primary points of contact remain unchanged.
