In our ongoing effort to support and uplift the Workers’ Compensation industry, ReEmployAbility is proud to grow our partnership with WorkCompCollege. This collaboration aims to deliver valuable insights and education to the industry and our employees, ensuring they are well-versed in industry standards and practices. Both organizations are committed to creating a framework prioritizing dignity and empathy for injured workers, reflecting our shared values and dedication to improving worker outcomes. The WRPA initiative will make use of WorkCompCollege’s expertise to elevate ReEmployAbility’s workforce.

Introducing WRPA Certification Scholarships

As part of this initiative, ReEmployAbility is pleased to offer 24 scholarships for our employees to pursue the WorkComp College WRPA certification. This certification program, a valuable asset for our employees, includes 19 comprehensive courses and over 19 hours of content covering critical aspects of the Workers’ Compensation field. Topics range from foundational industry knowledge to the functioning of regulatory bodies and their impact on worker benefits. This certification will equip employees with in-depth knowledge and a competitive edge in the industry, empowering them for their professional journey.

The WRPA certification is a valuable asset for our employees, providing in-depth knowledge to assist in their work duties and personal career goals. Each scholarship, valued at $500, represents a significant investment in our employees’ professional growth.

Facilitating Collaborative Learning Through Cohort Sessions

In addition to the scholarships, ReEmployability will facilitate weekly cohort learning sessions, each lasting 30 minutes. These sessions are not just about learning but about coming together as a team, sharing insights, and supporting each other’s development. This approach enhances individual learning and fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment, making our employees feel part of a supportive team. These sessions will last five months, implementing an atmosphere of learning and growth for the company and culminating in graduation from the WRPA certification program.
