ReEmployAbility is pleased to announce that Carlos Cordova has joined the ReEmployAbility leadership team. Carlos is one of several new additions to the company’s executive team, as ReEmployAbility prepares for growth resulting from several new contracts with top workers’ compensation carriers.

As Director of Service Operations Cordova will lead the Service Department, directing all aspects of the company’s service delivery and client support, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. With Cordova guiding the department, ReEmployAbility, a leading return-to-work provider, expects to increase company efficiency and further its reputation for customer service excellence.

“I am excited to join the ReEmployAbility team,” said Cordova. “I look forward to helping the company in our mission while ensuring excellent customer service to all of our clients, nonprofit partners, and injured workers.”

Cordova comes to ReEmployAbility with more than 10 years of leadership experience in the workers’ compensation industry. Prior to joining ReEmployAbility, Carlos served as Director of Operations for Priority Care Solutions where he led the Complex Care team coordinating care for catastrophic claims. In addition, he has held leadership positions at MyMatrixx, TechHealth, and One Call Comprehensive Care, giving him considerable perspective of the claims process.

“We’re thrilled to bring Carlos on board as part of our senior leadership,” said COO Rebecca Dearth. “With his strong workers’ compensation services background and collaborative leadership style, I am confident he will make an immediate impact. Carlos is a great fit for our organization, as his passion for innovation, service quality, and employee development are well aligned with our core values.”
