Every month, ReEmployAbility recognizes a team member who goes above and beyond to “CARE” for our customers. Rea the CARE Bear travels from winner to winner and is a prestigious award in the ReEmployAbility office. The time has come for REA to go into retirement, but we could not give a proper send-off without one last special winner.
This month’s Rea CARE Bear Award recipient is Aernso Delva, affectionately known as “AD” around the office!
AD is one of our most experienced Placement Coordinators, helping to find appropriate not-for-profit assignments for injured employees so they can return safely to work. He is known to approach each claim from a “people first” perspective.
AD can always be counted on to flash a grin or offer a jovial laugh in a split second, making the day of coworkers and management alike.
“With his bright and vibrant personality, AD brings an unmistakable passion and joy to his work,” said Rocky Magana, Team Lead. “For Aernso, customer service is the name of the game, there is nothing more important than making sure the injured workers and employers working with him feel heard and are treated with the utmost respect. His attitude is contagious, and we are lucky to have him as part of our team.”
Always helpful, with a wealth of knowledge and a smile in his voice, AD is a favorite among our customers.
AD has been part of our team since February 2017, and we are honored to send REA the CARE Bear off in style by recognizing one of ReEmployAbility’s finest.
Rea the Care Bear is awarded by our Client Services Managers once a month to an employee who consistently provides exemplary customer service and continually goes above-and-beyond to meet our customers’ needs.
To us, our customers include all the people we serve: injured workers, claims professionals, not-for-profit partners, and our fellow employees. We believe every day and every interaction is a chance to “Make Their Day!”
