Every quarter, ReEmployAbility recognizes a team member who embodies our values of passion, partnerships, entrepreneurship, integrity, and service. The Star FISH winner is a star in our office and exemplifies our company-wide FISH Philosophy to “inspire people to work wholeheartedly, with purpose, while having fun….this passion leads to excellence.”
This quarter’s Star FISH Award recipient is Hannah Tredway, Nonprofit Coordinator Team Lead.
Hannah gives 150% each day at work and always has a smile. No matter the workload or stress, Hannah exhibits a service-oriented attitude when communicating with teammates internally as well as clients externally. She motivates her team and cultivates a positive culture with her actions each day. Hannah always ensures her team has what they need to be successful and encourages her team every day.
Hannah makes everyone laugh and always goes above and beyond for company events to ensure everyone enjoys themselves, and often wins the contests that require creativity. She is compassionate and always makes time to listen to anyone who needs it despite how busy she usually is. Hannah shows integrity by completing every task according to the process and to the best of her ability. She has been a star since she started working at ReEmployAbility and continues to be without needing recognition.
