Committed to Community
We were founded on the belief that giving back helps ourselves as well as our community. We are so proud of the help our service provides to nonprofits around the country while our Transition2Work participants heal. The stories of volunteerism we hear every day inspire us to do more in our own community.
From drives for clothing, food, and toys, to monthly meet ups at local nonprofits doing good in our backyard, ReEmployAbility is committed to serving however we can, because we know volunteering is beneficial to all!

ReEmployAbility in the Community News
Our Team Continues the Volunteering Spirit
Our team continues our spirit of volunteering by contributing to causes important to them in their communities. ReEmployAbility offers several paid volunteerism opportunities each year for every team member to volunteer at a nonprofit they would like to support.
In turn, we get to learn about the many great nonprofits in our community!
Hear What the Team Says About Volunteering
Children’s Board Family Resource Center
Volunteering allowed me to help those parents who need just a bit of extra help with caring for their children. It was a wonderful experience with friendly staff.
Hope Villages of America
My church supports Hope Villages of America regularly. They have a food bank, housing, and offer mental health services for people experiencing homelessness. I thought it would be a great opportunity to help my local community.
Humane Society of Tampa Bay
There’s so much that needs to be done and they could use as much help as possible. It was a wonderful experience and I was very fortunate to provide my time and energy to help as much as I could.

Anyone who is capable of something, can make an impact in the community where they live.
What We Do
We lead in specialty Return-to-Work and transitional employment programs for the workers’ compensation and disability industry. We make strides toward our vision every day by providing innovative services that positively impact workers’ compensation and non-occupational disability claim outcomes for employers, insurance carriers, injured workers, and communities. Our philosophy is based on a strong belief in creating ‘win-win-win’ outcomes – combining benefits for companies, employees, and communities across the United States for real, positive impact.
