A Strategic Organizational Update

As part of ReEmployAbility’s ongoing dedication to service excellence, it is happy to announce new company organizational changes aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Effective January 15, 2024, Carlos Cordova, previously the current Director of Service, took on an expanded role overseeing both Sales and Service departments. This decision reflects ReEmployAbility’s commitment to aligning its leadership structure with evolving business needs.

Cordova has been an integral part of ReEmployAbility’s team, demonstrating exceptional leadership and a proven track record in managing and exceeding organizational goals. Through his direction, ReEmployAbility has seen its most successful year, elevating Service standards and goals. This expanded responsibility will enable Cordova to leverage his expertise to ensure seamless integration between sales and service operations. This change aligns with ReEmployAbility’s initiative to streamline procedures for more efficient service, including expanding the quality department to oversee updates as they occur. The expansion of our quality team coincides with ReEmployAbility’s culture of continuous improvement and our legacy of transforming worker’s compensation.

A New Direction

“I look forward to coming to work every day,” enthused Cordova. He continued: “I am excited to embrace this new role as the Director of Sales & Service for ReEmployAbility; I see this as an opportunity to elevate client experience with streamlined processes but also to build on lasting connections in the Worker’s Compensation field.”

“We are delighted to announce that under the leadership of Carlos Cardova, we will be consolidating the oversight of both Sales and Service. Throughout his tenure, Carlos has exemplified a people-first approach, fostered a positive company culture, and drove continuous improvement initiatives. His promotion will enhance ReEmployAbility’s capacity to offer a comprehensive and cohesive experience for our clients,” expressed Rebecca Dearth, ReEmployAbility’s Chief Operating Officer. “This strategic move reflects our unwavering commitment to progress and solidifying our position in the return-to-work space. As the leader in the return-to-work niche, we continue to raise the bar.”

ReEmployAbility expresses gratitude to Cordova for his continual commitment and eagerly anticipates the positive impact that this change will make on both internal operations and client satisfaction.
