Tampa Bay Times Honors ReEmployAbility

ReEmployAbility is pleased to announce that The Tampa Bay Times has recognized it as a Top Workplaces honoree for the second consecutive year. This is the third Top Workplaces award given to ReEmployAbility, the first being in 2018. This year, ReEmployAbility ranked #10 for 2024 in the small businesses category out of 40 companies. 208 companies were surveyed for the honor of making the list.

Administered by Energage LLC and taken by ReEmployAbility employees, the survey ranks responses aligned with key workplace measures. This confidential survey measures 15 cultural drivers that lead to an organization’s success. Employee alignment, execution, and connection are key measures in the survey and are used to identify company rankings. Top Workplaces are determined solely by employee feedback.

Setting the Standards

This recognition is due to the organization’s hard work prioritizing a positive company workplace. Instituting a companywide monthly survey to track engagement and workplace connection aided in creating a top workplace for the organization. Additionally, ReEmployAbility implemented an annual survey for all employees to discuss and review any major decisions at the company together. The award is a testament to the focus on positivity and growth.

A Happy Recognition

Crystal Hundley, ReEmployAbility’s Director of HR, celebrated the win by stating: “We are thrilled to be recognized as a Tampa Bay Top Workplace. This award reaffirms ReEmployAbility’s commitment to fostering a culture where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.”

“We are so proud to receive the Tampa Bay Times Top Workplaces award for the second consecutive year!” enthused Debra Livingston, ReEmployAbility’s CEO & Founder. “This award reflects our unwavering dedication to cultivating a positive team environment, prioritizing the well-being of all our employees, and continuing our legacy in the Return-to-Work niche.”
